Ford F-450 Super Duty
The F-450 Super Duty is the latest addition to the Ford F-Series Super Duty line of trucks which includes the F-250 Super Duty F-350 Super Duty. With a towing capacity of more than 24,000 pounds and maximum payload of 6,000 pounds, the F-450 Super Duty is based on its own chassis that incorporates a new leaf spring suspension and rear radius arm front suspension F -450 Chassis-cab. According to Ford, the F-450 Super Duty has the turning radius more rigorous in its class to improve maneuverability when towing. All of the Super Duty line has been updated for 2008 with a bold new exterior design and a new interior design.
2009 Ford F-450 Harley-Davidson said the F-450 with a flame-blue paint system. In the flame design led to the custom meters and perforated black leather with blue cover that shows through the seats, door panels and center console. 2009 Ford F-450 Super Duty also offers a Cabela’s FX4 package that features a two-tone paint scheme in five colors: black, white Oxford Green Metallic, Royal Red metallic silver and metallic silver gray Sterling part lower body accents , Running boards and wheel lip moldings. Customize the mud flaps and Cabela’s badges are also included.
Inside, the FX4 Cabela’s features cloth seats with Cabela’s logo or aniline leather seats available with two-tone embossed grain. The battery plant has finished with a dark wood Paldeo applications and all weather floor include the logo of Cabela’s. 2009 F-450 Super Duty includes other standard equipment on all trim levels. The XL adds standard air conditioning, Securilock trailer and towing mirrors, while the XLT adds power heated towing mirrors, privacy glass, integrated brake controller and keyless entry remote. The FX4 adds integrated POWERScope times the power of telescopic mirrors, power seats, captain’s chairs and SIRIUS Satellite Radio.
The Lariat includes all the standard amenities plus FX4 camera system reverse, power sliding rear window, heated seats, molding and operation of SYNC, Ford voice-activated hands-free communication and entertainment system.
