Ford Five Hundred

The Five Hundred is the flagship of Ford four-door sedan that began in 2005, built on a new platform shared with the Freestyle crossover. With what Ford calls the room, positions that the driver and passengers than a typical sedan, more like an SUV, the Five Hundred features of the channeling of energy and body frame structures improving security. Ford describes the Five Hundred sedan and a luxury for people who love the command of seats in the upright position, flexible storage and all-wheel drive capability of an SUV, but prefer the comfort and driving characteristics of a sedan.
2007 Ford Five Hundred adds several new packages optional SIRIUS satellite radio and two new exterior colors. A new chrome package is available for SE and SEL with eight-inch 18-spoke chrome-plated wheels and a chrome grille mesh. Other options for the SEL include a navigation system, heated seats, and three packages. Indoor comfort package includes fog lamps, in-dash 6-CD changer, dual electronic automatic temperature, lighting and temperature outside the screen, a power package of eight internal states of electric adjustment of the driver’s seat and pedals and a convenience package includes memory adjustable pedals, a universal garage door open, reversing a safe and cargo net. A six-speed automatic transmission is standard on all front-wheel drive models.
